Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours but at least 4 hours before your appointment will be charged at 50% of the treatment price. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your appointment, or failure to attend your appointment, will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.

If you arrive late, I will always try to accommodate you where possible, but this may not be possible if it affects another client's appointment and your treatment time may therefore be reduced. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted this cancellation policy.
